Product Introduction

Bitumen emulsion plant is specialized equipment designed to produce emulsified bitumen by melting bitumen and dispersing resulting fine particles in water. They find extensive use in road-building projects. The final product of emulsified asphalt plants, bitumen emulsion, has a broader range of applications, such as rooftop waterproofing and pavement maintenance.


Main Features

1. Accurate Batching & Controllable Metering

The asphalt pump, soap liquid pump and metering pump are all driven by variable frequency motors, which precisely control the weighing and batching processes to achieve high-precision material proportioning.

2. High-Efficiency Emulsification & Versatile Functions

Equipped with an internationally renowned colloid mill, it stably produces homogeneous and reliable asphalt emulsion. The gap between the rotor and stator of the colloid mill is adjustable, with a minimum particle size of 1μm, suitable for the production of both asphalt emulsion and modified asphalt emulsion.

3. Continuous Operation & Stable Capacity

The dual-preparation tank design enables alternating production of diluted emulsifier solution, breaking the interval limitation of single-tank production and ensuring uninterrupted supply of emulsion.

4. Corrosion Resistance & Extended Service Life

Core components such as pipelines, valves and tanks are made of corrosion-resistant materials, effectively resisting material erosion and greatly extending the overall service life of the equipment.

5. Intelligent Control & Labor Saving

Configured with a PLC control system, it supports both automatic and manual operation modes. The process is simple and easy to understand, and the whole operation can be completed by only one operator.

6. Flexible Relocation & Strong Adaptability

Adopting an integrated structure design, it can be directly loaded into containers, featuring convenient and efficient transportation and relocation, and meeting the needs of flexible commissioning in multiple sites.

7. Optional Functions & Customizable Configuration

It supports the optional function of modified asphalt emulsion production. One single device can cover the production of multiple types of emulsified asphalt products, reducing the cost of additional equipment investment.
